About me
I am a Danish global project manager based in Spain, with a strong experience working with cross-cultural team in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S.
I manage cross-cultural teams to successfully deliver projects
With years of experience in project management, I have mastered the skills of working across multiple cultures and industries. I have worked with teams from across the globe, successfully managing project delivery using both traditional waterfall and agile methodologies. I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master.
I did my Master’s in Argentina, and hold two Master’s degrees in Latin American Studies and Business Psychology from tw well-recognized universities in Buenos Aires. In my daily work as a cross-cultural project manager, I use my knowledge and experience of the global political situation and my understanding of organizational processes to align my communication style and interaction with people across different cultures.
What I do
Team Management
An effective project manager knows how to lead a project team through challenges and risks and still meet the project deadline. I work with a servant leadership mindset, making sure the project team knows that I have their back and will do my best to remove any roadblocks they face.
Stakeholder management
Maintaining stakeholder alignment is crucial for the overall success of any project and program. Throughout the lifecycle of a project, I ensure clients as well as internal stakeholders are properly informed and included when necessary.
Cross-cultural communication
Have you ever thought that adjusting your communication style based on the recipients cultural background could help you improve project success? I used my background from more than a decade living abroad and studying cross-cultural interactions to improve the success of my projects
